Quarterbound Bookshops provides guided walking visits and curated reading sessions across independent bookshops in England. Descriptions are accurate at publication; adjustments may occur due to weather, shop availability, or safety considerations.

4. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are made via our secure form. Confirmation is issued by email after payment. Prices include applicable taxes. Refunds or reschedules are available up to 72 hours before the scheduled session.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Arrive on time and follow curator guidance for group safety
Inform us of any accessibility needs in advance
Treat bookshop premises with respect and follow shop rules

6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the event of extreme weather, shop closure, or similar, we may alter or cancel a route. We will offer a rebooking or full refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for personal travel or accommodation costs beyond the booking fee.

7. Liability & Insurance

Our activities are low-risk and covered by public-liability insurance. We are not liable for loss of personal property or injuries caused by third parties. Participants should consider personal travel insurance where appropriate.
